"This stay was not as expected- restroom on first room like working them moves to second room and ac was not cold. Breakfast was great ! Pool area very clean and well kept. "

"They could’t have put us in a worse room . Across from a freight elevator as far from the actual elevator that we could be. 8:30 am our doorbell is ringing. “ Are you checking out today ?” Really? You have to know at 8:30? Don’t you have a list of rooms that are checking out ? Our least favorite Westin stay and we’ve stayed here before . Paying for parking plus the resort fees is just abusive . Tho the girl at the desk at night was exemplary. Helpful and professional."
